Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 T. sesame oil
2 t. garlic
HALF the leftover rice (to fill pan)
2 cups frozen veggies
2 cups leftover meat if desired
¼ cup soy sauce
1 T. sugar
3 eggs
Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and fry until soft, 3 minutes.
Add everything except for the eggs. Beat the eggs then add them as well. Stir until blended, then let sit until bottom begins to brown. Stir once more and let the bottom brown again. Repeat until eggs are cooked.
