Ginger Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 (1 ¼-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 large zipper closure food storage bag
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot

Procedure:

Trim any excess fat from chops. Arrange in food storage bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Seal bag; refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade.

To Grill: Prepare grill. Spray grill rack with no stick cooking spray. Using direct heat cooking method, arrange chops on grill rack 4 to 5 inches over medium coals. Grill, covered, until browned and just a hint of pink remains in center (14 to 18 minutes total), turning and brushing once with reserved marinade.
