Food Gadget of the Month: Super Paper

posted by

March’s Gadget of the Month comes from PopSci.com’s Kitchen Gadget Bonanza. Out of the 24 items they featured, we like this one best, as it is super simple and needs no wires, plugs, lcd screens or buttons: Super Paper (Fata Paper Cooking Film)

According to the website, the paper can “can withstand temperatures up to 445 [F]”. It’s not resistant to direct fire, but you can wrap up anything in it, roast it in the oven and even serve the food tableside. You can also use it in the microwave, in boiling water or even hot oil. Pretty neat, huh?
